Equipment

  • 1 large skillet

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 1 pound ground veal
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions
 

  • Combine ingredients thoroughly (except cooking oil).
  • Measure 2 tablespoons per and shape into meatballs.
  • Heat oil in a skillet and cook meatballs 10-15 minutes until done.
  • Serve with Danish mustard, Danish brown gravy, or in soup.
