Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Spray a glass 9x5x3" loaf pan with baking release spray.
Stir together dry ingredients.
Separately, stir together wet ingredients and combine.
Pour evenly into loaf pan.
Bake for 55-60 minutes until a toothpick tests the bread done.
Cool in pan ten minutes, then turn out and finish cooling on a wire rack.
