heavy cream

salt

black pepper
pinch
grated nutmeg

sliced scallions

slices
bacon
cooked crisp and crumbled

cup
shredded Swiss cheese

pound
prepared pie crust
compare to 2 single crusts or one refrigerated box
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a bowl, beat eggs with whisk, then stir in the cream and seasonings.
Using a 2.5 inch cutter, cut out rings of dough and fit into a mini muffin pan.
Sprinkle the scallions, bacon and cheese into the dough then top each with the egg mixture.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until lightly browned and domed.
