cooked crisp-tender, and kept warm
Instructions
In a large saucepan, saute the onion and celery in butter until soft.
Stir in the flour, then add the broth and milk, stirring constantly.
Bring to a boil and boil one minute until sauce thickens.
Remove from heat and add cheese, stirring until it melts.
Stir in cooked broccoli.
