1/2 cup (Racconto) olive salad muffuletta olive mix 1/2 cup pitted black olives chopped 1 teaspoon minced garlic 1/2 cup giardiniera 1/2 cup of roasted red peppers 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons wine vinegar 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes 4 ciabatta rolls 3 oz each 6 oz sliced provolone cheese 12 slices 1 lb fresh buffalo mozzarella cheese sliced
Mix olive mix with finely diced roasted red peppers and finely chopped pickled giardiniera and ripe pitted black olives.
Dress mixture with olive oil, vinegar, and pepper flakes.
Spread mixture on the insides of split ciabatta rolls and sandwich sliced cheese inside.
Press sandwiches firmly and wrap tightly with plastic wrap for about an hour.
