Vegetables:

white creamer potatoes

stringless green beans
trimmed

red bell peppers

olive oil
Hot Bacon Dressing

bacon drippings
1/4
cup
apple cider vinegar

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
black pepper

teaspoon
celery seed

minced garlic

bacon
cooked crisp and crumbled
Instructions
Prep vegetables and set aside.
Cook up bacon and save the drips for the dressing.
Combine all the dressing ingredients except bacon crumbles in a bowl.
Heat grill; spray grill screen with grilling spray.
Toss veggies with olive oil and grill until tender, removing each type as it becomes done to your preference.
Heat dressing in a small sauce pan and toss with grilled vegetables; sprinkle with bacon right before serving.
