cut into bite size pieces
Marinade

tablespoons
dark soy sauce
1
teaspoon
light soy sauce
3
tablespoons
hoisin sauce
2
tablespoons
ketchup
2
teaspoons
minced garlic
2
tablespoons
granulated sugar
Instructions
Mix marinade and pour over ribs.
Marinate 6 hours or overnight.
Preheat oven to 400F.
Drain marinade and place ribs in a single layer on a foil lined baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350F and bake for 30 minutes more.
Place under the broiler for 1-2 minutes if you like a touch of char on the ribs. I do.
Serve warm with sweet and sour dipping sauce and hot mustard sauce if desired.
