Ingredients
  

Olives and Marinade:

  • 15 pimiento stuffed olives
  • 2 tablespoons vodka
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive brine

Cheese and Nuts:

  • 8 ounces cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup crumbled cooked bacon
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped toasted walnuts

Instructions
 

  • Marinate olives in vodka, olive oil and brine overnight.
  • Combine cream cheese with salt, bacon and garlic powder.
  • Drain olives and pat dry.
  • Coat with cream cheese and chill until firm (about 3 hours).
  • Remove from fridge and roll balls in finely chopped walnuts.
