  • 6 tablespoons white miso
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 2 tablespoons mirin
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ginger paste


  • Whisk together and serve on salad (chopped iceberg lettuce with shredded carrot) and garnish salads with black sesame seeds.
