Rub outside of turkey breast all over with soft butter and place in crock.
Saute the celery, onion and garlic in the butter until soft.
Add sauteed vegetables to a mixing bowl and stir in the salt, pepper, sage, poultry seasoning and bouillon.
Mix in the croutons and toss with water.
Add stuffing to the crock around the turkey breast.
Cover and cook on low for five hours.
Remove turkey and let rest 20 minutes before slicing.
Prepare gravy packet that came with turkey according to directions or follow my recipe for giblet gravy, omitting giblets if you don't have them, or use turkey gravy from a jar.
