endive lettuce
separated into pieces

low-sugar ketchup

soy sauce

sriracha sauce

hoisin sauce

grated ginger root

teaspoon
toasted sesame oil
extra sriracha and chopped cilantro for garnish

Instructions
Chop shrimp and water chestnuts and separate endive into pieces.
Mix sauce in a small bowl.
Heat water chestnuts in a nonstick skillet with nonstick spray and add shrimp, stirring until they cook and become opaque.
Stir in sauce and heat through.
Fill lettuce pieces with shrimp mixture, garnish and serve.
