shortening

brown sugar

green food coloring

vanilla extract

old-fashioned oats

teaspoon
baking soda

teaspoon
salt

cup
mini charms dried marshmallows

white chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Cream the sugars with the butter and shortening then stir in the eggs, food coloring and vanilla.
Add the flour and oats and thoroughly mix.
Stir in the dried marshmallows and white chips.
Drop by rounded tablespoons or use a cookie scoop onto a parchment lined cookie sheet about one dozen per sheet.
Bake for 12-14 minutes or until lightly browned at the edges.
Cool a few minutes on the pan, then transfer to a wire rack to finish cooling.
