Instructions
Hard-Cooked Eggs in the Instant Pot:
Place rack in inner pot of Instant Pot and add 1 cup water.
Place 12 eggs on the rack.
Cover pot with lid and set lid to seal.
Cook at pressure on the manual setting for 5 minutes.
Use the quick release valve for the steam and let steam subside before opening.
Open cooker and place eggs in cold water to cool.
Deviled Eggs:
Peel eggs and halve.
Scoop yolks into a bowl and mash with a fork until smooth.
Mix yolks with remaining ingredients except paprika and spoon into egg cavities or use a piping bag to fill.
Sprinkle with a little paprika to garnish if desired.
