Marinate shrimp in the wine for about thirty minutes, then drain before cooking.
Heat the butter and oil in a skillet with the garlic until it sizzles.
Add the shrimp, seafood seasoning, pepper flakes and oregano.
Cook and stir for 3-4 minutes until shrimp turn opaque and are lightly curled.
Serve with lemon wedges.
