all-purpose flour

Worcestershire sauce

teaspoon
soy sauce

teaspoons
Better Than Bouillon brand mushroom base

milk or water
(to reconstitute into soup)
Instructions
Condensed Soup:
Whisk the Worcestershire, soy sauce and mushroom base into the milk and set aside.
Saute the mushrooms in the butter until softened.
Stir in the garlic and onion powders, celery salt, and black pepper.
Add the flour all at once and stir to coat the mushrooms.
Stir in the milk, and continue stirring until thick.
Servable Soup:
To make the soup suitable to serve as soup, stir in an extra cup of milk or water and heat through.
Recipe makes one cup, equal to one can condensed cream of mushroom soup, suitable to use in recipes.
