(or instant coffee)

mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375F.
Cream together the butter with the sugars until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time, then gradually add remaining ingredients, folding in the chocolate chips last.
Scoop dough by rounded tablespoons or use a cookie scoop onto a parchment or silpat lined cookie sheet a couple of inches apart.
Bake 11 minutes; cool on pan 5-10 minutes.
Finish cooling on a wire rack.
