Ingredients
  

Corn:

  • 3 ears corn shucked

Baste:

  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sambal chilli paste
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon shoyu or soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Stir together corn baste in a small bowl.
  • Shuck corn and grill over hot coals or a gas grill for about ten minutes, basting with a silicone brush as it gets close to being done.
