mini mint meltaway candies

chopped macadamia nuts

cup
pastel non-pariels or cookie sprinkles
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Cream butter and sugar until smooth.
Then mix in the remaining ingredients except the sprinkles.
Use a one tablespoon cookie scoop to measure dough.
Roll dough into balls and then in sprinkles.
Place on a parchment lined cookie sheet and flatten slightly.
Bake for about 14 minutes.
Cool on pan 5 minutes, then finish cooling on a wire rack.
