Instructions
Bring cream cheese to room temperature.
Place cream cheese into a stand mixer fitted with a whip attachment.
Add whipping cream and vanilla.
Run on high until whipping cream becomes whipped cream, and mixture is well mixed.
Fold in fresh fruits.
Chill before serving if desired.
