Steak:

beef skirt steak
Marinade:

minced garlic

grated ginger

fish sauce

Thai sweet chili sauce

tablespoon
sambal chilli paste

tablespoons
fresh lime juice

teaspoon
black pepper

brown sugar

chopped onion
Instructions
Combine marinade and add to steak.
Marinate for 6 hours or overnight.
Grill to desired temp. I do 135F for med-rare.
Rest steak for about ten minutes, then cut thinly across the grain.
Serve with preferred sides. I did grilled asparagus and vegetable pad thai.
