1/4cupfresh basilthinly sliced
2scallionsthinly sliced
2tablespoonschopped cilantro
1/4cuproasted peanuts
4ouncesroasted chickenchopped
Instructions
Place uncooked noodles in a bowl, breaking them in half for easier handling later.
Cover with boiling water.
Allow to rest until water cools down. Test a noodle to see if it is tender enough. If not, drain and add boiling water again, resting until noodles are done to your liking, then drain.
Whisk together the sesame seeds, dark soy sauce, chili crunch, hoisin sauce, peanut butter, fish sauce, ginger sugar and hot water until smooth.
Toss sauce with noodles.
Mix in the basil, scallions, cilantro, peanuts and chicken.
