vanilla

ground nutmeg

heavy cream

pasteurized egg whites

tablespoons
powdered sugar
Instructions
Mix egg yolks, milk and honey in saucepan.
Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture coats a metal spoon, about ten minutes.
Strain mixture through a fine strainer and discard any solids.
Remove from heat; place mixture in a container and place in the freezer for fifteen minutes.
Stir in vanilla and nutmeg.
Place heavy cream, egg whites and sugar in a mixer fitted with a wire whip, and mix on high until slightly thickened.
Stir gently into egg mixture, and chill before serving.
Adults may spike to their delight.
Children will be put on Santa's Naughty List if they try it, so no. This is, after all, "Family Style Eggnog".
