all-purpose flour

cup
finely grated carrot
1/2
cup
raisins
1/2
cup
chopped pecans

ounces
Hershey's Cream Cheese baking morsels
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Cream together butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar.
Add eggs, molasses and vanilla and mix until smooth.
Stir together baking soda, salt, cinnamon and flour.
Gradually add dry mix to the dough until incorporated.
Fold in carrots, raisins, pecans and cream cheese chips.
Use a cookie scoop to drop onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake 12-14 minutes or until golden.
Cool on pan 5-10 minutes then finish cooling on a wire rack.
