Ingredients

Dough:

packet rapid rise yeast
1/4
cup
granulated sugar
1/2
teaspoon
salt

large egg
at room temperature
1/4
cup
cooled melted butter

ounces
warm water

cup
apple butter
3
cups
all-purpose flour
1
teaspoon
cinnamon
1/2
cup
powdered dry milk
Honey Butter Topping:
1
tablespoon
melted butter
1-1/2
tablespoons
honey
1/8
teaspoon
cinnamon
Instructions
Combine ingredients for dinner roll dough and beat with the hook attachment of an electric mixer until dough is supple and smooth.
Scrape dough out using a spatula into a greased bowl.
Let rise in a warm place (100F) until doubled in size.
Preheat oven to 375F.
Punch down and make into 12 rolls and place in a greased 9x13-inch baking pan.
Let rise again in warm place for about 25-35 minutes as the oven preheats.
Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Stir together ingredients for Honey Butter Topping.
Brush tops with topping while warm.
