  • 1 Large Salad Bowl

Ingredients
  

Dressing:

  • 1 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon dry mustard

Salad:

  • 1 pint grape tomatoes halved
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced scallions
  • 1/4 cup chopped toasted pecans
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 4 slices bacon cooked crisp and crumbled

Instructions
 

  • Whisk dressing and toss with tomatoes and scallions.
  • Chill one hour.
  • Mix in bacon, pecans and blue cheese just before serving.
