pouch Lipton vegetable recipe dry soup mix

plain thick yogurt

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Ina large oven proof casserole dish or Dutch oven (with a lid for the oven) season the lamb and brown with the onion and garlic in the oil .
Stir in the paprika, soup mix, hot water, Ajvar, and rice.
Bring to a boil then cover and place in the preheated oven.
Bake for one hour, stirring every twenty minutes.
After removing from the oven, tuck a clean dry dishtowel under the lid and let rest ten minutes to absorb excess steam.
Fluff with fork and dish up.
Thin yogurt with some water to a drizzling consistency and drizzle over the rice.
