Ingredients
  

Cocktail:

  • 12 ounces large cooked shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 large pieces lettuce
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 24 Ritz crackers

Bang Bang Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chili paste sambal
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup sliced scallions

Instructions
 

  • Peel and devein shrimp if needed.
  • Stir together cocktail sauce.
  • Place lettuce into cocktail glasses.
  • Spoon shrimp into glasses and sprinkle with a pinch of red pepper flakes.
  • Serve chilled, with crackers.
