Instructions
Place all ingredients (except okra) in the Instant Pot.
Cook on manual/high for 40 minutes with vent closed.
Use natural release (do not quick release pressure by opening vent).
Open cooker and add okra; cook on manual/high with vent closed for 10 minutes.
Use natural release again.
