Slaw:

Blackberry Vinaigrette:

fresh lemon juice

blackberry jam
melted in microwave

salad oil

celery seed

dry mustard

teaspoon
black pepper
Instructions
Dice apples and place in lemon juice while you prep the rest of the slaw.
Then drain the lemon juice in a shaker for the vinaigrette and add the apples to the slaw mixture (except blackberries and pecans).
Whisk vinaigrette and toss with slaw, and refrigerate for about an hour.
Garnish with the pecans and blackberries just before serving to prevent bruising and crushing.
