Ingredients
  

Tiny Cinnamon Rolls:

  • 4- count package Pillsbury crescent roll dough
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1-2 teaspoons milk

Piglets in Blankets:

  • 4- count package Pillsbury crescent roll dough
  • 8 Lit'l Smokies sausages
  • 3 ounces cheddar cheese 3 rectangular snack squares, cut into thirds

Buttermilk Biskettes:

  • 5- count package Pillsbury Grands biscuits

Brown Sugar Lit'l Smokies:

  • 10 ounces Lit'l Smokies sausages
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar

Simply Cooked Items:

  • Bacon
  • Sausage Links
  • Hard-Cooked Eggs

Purchased Items:

  • Mini Donuts
  • Mini Croissants
  • Chocolate Salami
  • Fresh Fruit
  • Dried Fruit
  • Bakery Churros
  • Small Decorated Cookies
  • Canadian Bacon

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375F.

Purchased items:

  • Arrange on a large tray. Feel free to put a napkin or paper towel under cut fruit.
  • Add other items to the platter as they get ready.

Simply cooked items:

  • Cook eggs and cool, fry bacon and breakfast sausages and keep warm.
  • Peel eggs and halve those when cool.

Tiny cinnamon rolls:

  • Separate dough into two halves that make two squares and pinch perforations back together.
  • Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and roll up each square, pinching seams closed.
  • Gently slice with a serrated knife into six rolls from each.
  • Place in a small baking pan sprayed with baking spray.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden.
  • Cool. While cooling, stir together an icing from the sugar, vanilla and milk.
  • Drizzle over rolls.

Piglets in Blankets:

  • Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  • Cut dough in half to make more triangles.
  • Place sausage and cheese on dough and roll up.
  • Place in nonstick foil lined baking pan and bake 12-15 minutes or until golden.
  • Don't bake them in the same pan with the cinnamon rolls or biskettes please.

Buttermilk Biskettes:

  • Unroll biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into four pieces.
  • Roll into a ball then flatten slightly.
  • Place on a baking pan and bake 12-15 minutes or until golden.

Brown sugar lit'l smokies:

  • Melt butter in a small skillet and add sausages.
  • As they start to brown, sprinkle with sugar.
  • Stir and continue to stir until they are nicely browned then removed from heat and plate.
