(cooked crisp-tender)

shredded Swiss cheese

canned crispy fried onions
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375F.
Cook the onions and garlic in the oil until the onion is softened.
Stir in the remaining ingredients except the fried onions and place in an oblong casserole dish sprayed with nonstick spray.
Bake uncovered for 20 minutes, then top with canned fried onions.
Bake an additional ten minutes to brown and crisp the topping.
