Chicken Spread

  • 10 ounce can chicken drained
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 4 tbsp. Louisiana hot sauce
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 6 tbsp crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp granulated chicken bouillon

Veg:

  • 1 stalk celery ribs separated

Instructions
 

  • Fill celery with chicken salad and cut into individual pieces.
  • Garnish with paprika or cayenne pepper if desired

makes 1-1/4 cups
celery amount may vary depending on how much space is in the ribs; you may use more or less.
