Instructions
Puree fruit and strain fruit through a chinois or other fine mesh strainer.
You should have 3-1/2 cups juice.
Stir with sugar and lime and top up a 48-oz. pitcher with water (approximately an equal amount to the juice, around 3 cups).
Sugar quantity may vary depending on the season, and if you get the huge Athena cantaloupes in summer, you may have extra juice that you can save for a second batch.
