Ingredients
  

Copycat Buffalo Wild Wings Jerk Sauce (yield one cup):

  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon habanero pepper sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mango Pickapeppa sauce
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon molasses
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon kitchen bouquet
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar

Sandwich:

  • 24 ounces boneless chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 4 teaspoons olive oil
  • 4 sandwich rolls
  • 1 tomato (thinly sliced)
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 tablespoons blue cheese salad dressing

Instructions
 

  • Stir together ingredients for the Caribbean Jerk Sauce and refrigerate until needed.
  • Pound chicken thin and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning.
  • Drizzle chicken with oil and grill or saute until cooked through.
  • Cut chicken into cutlets and coat with jerk sauce.
  • Serve on a bun with lettuce, tomato and blue cheese dressing.
