Coconut toast is an easy breakfast treat of griddled bananas, peanut butter, honey and toasted coconut on sourdough.

Equipment

  • 1 small skillet

Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 1/2 ripe banana sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup toasted coconut

Instructions
 

  • Cook bananas slices in a small skillet in butter over low heat until golden brown and then set aside.
  • Toast bread to your liking.
  • Drizzle butter from the pan on the toast.
  • Top of peanut butter.
  • Add bananas and drizzle dose with honey.
  • Sprinkle the rest with coconut and enjoy.
