- 1 teaspoon beef base or bouillon
- 1-1/2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Combine until smooth and chill.
To use, place a knob or scoop of compound butter on top of grilled steak.
