white cheddar and Parmesan blend cheese
shredded
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Simmer broccoli in evaporated milk until tender (about 10-15 minutes).
Add broccoli with milk into a mixing bowl, stirring it up with uncooked rice, broth, garlic, pepper, and condensed soups.
Place in an oblong casserole dish sprayed with nonstick spray.
Top with shredded cheese.
Toss crushed crackers with butter and sprinkle over the top.
Bake for 25 minutes or until hot.
