Copycat Cracker Barrel Wildberry Iced Tea

Ingredients
  

  • 6 ounces raspberries
  • 6 ounces blackberries
  • 6 ounces strawberries
  • 1-3/4 cups water
  • 3 cups granulated sugar
  • 96 ounces unsweet iced tea

Instructions
 

  • Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat, and simmer ten minutes, mashing berries as you cook.
  • Strain out the solids.
  • You should have 2-1/4 cups juice.
  • Stir in 3 cups granulated sugar.
  • Cook stirring, ten minutes or until sugar dissolves completely.
  • Yield 3-3/4 cups syrup.
  • Stir 8 ounces unsweet iced tea with 1/4 cup syrup and serve with ice (Or adjust sweetness to your taste).
