fresh cranberries

4-inch cinnamon sticks

cranberry juice blend

Cointreau liqueur

cups
vodka
Instructions
Chop cranberries in food processor (pulse) or by hand.
Divide into two 1-quart canning jars.
Stir sugar into cranberry juice in a small saucepan and add cinnamon sticks.
Bring to boil, then remove from heat and pour over chopped cranberries in jars, adding two cinnamon sticks to each jar. Allow to cool completely.
Add half cup Cointreau and 1-1/2 cups vodka to each jar and stir.
Top with a plastic cap and place in a dark cupboard for one month, stirring every few days.
Strain out the solids before using.
