bag plain potato chips
BBQ Spice Mix:

tablespoons
smoked paprika
1
tablespoon
dehydrated tomato powder
1
tablespoon
brown sugar
1
tablespoon
nutritional yeast
1
teaspoon
onion powder
1
teaspoon
garlic powder
1
teaspoon
salt
1
teaspoon
cayenne pepper
or more, to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300F.
Stir together the spice mix and set aside.
Place potato chips on a baking sheet.
Bake chips five minutes or so just to get warm.
Sprinkle with bbq seasoning, tossing gently in a plastic bag if needed, to evenly coat the chips.
Store in an airtight container.
