DIY Barbecue Potato Chips

Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounce bag plain potato chips

BBQ Spice Mix:

  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon dehydrated tomato powder
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper or more, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 300F.
  • Stir together the spice mix and set aside.
  • Place potato chips on a baking sheet.
  • Bake chips five minutes or so just to get warm.
  • Sprinkle with bbq seasoning, tossing gently in a plastic bag if needed, to evenly coat the chips.
  • Store in an airtight container.
