Avo Toast:

sourdough toast

cup
tahini

ripe Hass avocado

microgreens or watercress sprouts

Trader Joe's chili onion crunch

eggs
cooked sunny side up
Pickled Raisins:
1/4
cup
golden raisins
1/4
cup
apple cider vinegar

tablespoons
granulated sugar
Dukkah:
1/4
cup
toasted walnuts
1
tablespoon
toasted sesame seeds
1/2
teaspoon
ground coriander
1/2
teaspoon
ground cumin
1/2
teaspoon
salt
1/2
teaspoon
black pepper
1/2
teaspoon
anise seed
Instructions
Pickled Raisins:
Stir sugar into vinegar and bring to a boil.
Pour over raisins and allow to cool; refrigerate for at least one hour but better overnight.
Dukkah:
Stir together the dukkah and set aside.
Avo toast:
Toast bread and per each piece, top with one tablespoon tahini.
Cover tahini with thin slices avocado, 1/4 avo per slice.
Top with microgreens or watercress sprouts.
Top greens with a freshly fried sunny up egg.
Sprinkle with pickled raisins, dukkah, and a bit of chili onion crunch, including some of the spicy oil.
