Ingredients
  

  • 7 ounces Irish white cheddar cheese finely shredded
  • 4 scallions
  • 1 tablespoon Italian parsley
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons dried chives

Instructions
 

  • Shred the cheddar in a food processor fitted with a fine shredding disk; set the cheese in a bowl.
  • Pulse scallions and parsley in a food processor fitted with a chopping blade until finely chopped. Add the herbs to the same bowl.
  • Place the room temp cream cheese, horseradish, and mayo in the food processor and run until smooth.
  • Fold the cream cheese mixture into the cheddar cheese and minced herbs along with the remaining seasonings.
  • Garnish with additional scallion if you like but not required.
