Irish white cheddar cheese
finely shredded

cream cheese

prepared horseradish

mayonnaise

teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
black pepper

teaspoon
onion powder

teaspoon
garlic powder

dried chives
Instructions
Shred the cheddar in a food processor fitted with a fine shredding disk; set the cheese in a bowl.
Pulse scallions and parsley in a food processor fitted with a chopping blade until finely chopped. Add the herbs to the same bowl.
Place the room temp cream cheese, horseradish, and mayo in the food processor and run until smooth.
Fold the cream cheese mixture into the cheddar cheese and minced herbs along with the remaining seasonings.
Garnish with additional scallion if you like but not required.
