1/4cuporange marmalademelted
2sprigs fresh rosemarychopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Place thawed phyllo shells on a small baking tray.
Divide goat cheese among shells.
Cut figs and place one fourth of each one into the goat cheese.
Spoon a small amount of melted marmalade over the top (I melted the marmalade in the microwave until runny).
Sprinkle with minced fresh rosemary either before or after baking (doing it after might preserve more of the green color, however less of the flavor will permeate. You decide.)
