Meat:

rib-eyes or strip steaks
Crust:

tablespoons
Dijon mustard
1
tablespoon
garlic paste
2
tablespoons
creamy horseradish sauce
1/2
teaspoon
salt
1
teaspoon
white pepper
1/4
cup
grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Mix crust ingredients; warm steaks to room temp and set aside.
Preheat grill to high and coat grate with oil.
Place steaks on grill for about 45 seconds to get grill marks on one side, then remove to a plate.
With grill marks face up, place crust mixture on top of steaks.
Use a pancake turner to place steaks back on grill, crust side up.
Continue to grill steaks to 130F (for medium rare) or cook to your desired doneness.
Remove steaks from grill using spatula and allow to rest 5-10 minutes before serving.
