Golden Carolina BBQ Sauce:

yellow mustard

honey

apple cider vinegar

Instructions
Golden Carolina BBQ Sauce:
Stir together sauce ingredients and warm on the stove.
Chicken Tenders:
Dip chicken pieces in flour, then egg wash, then flour again.
Fry in several inches of hot oil until cooked through, depending on the thickness of chicken.
Drain chicken and keep warm.
Serve with warm sauce.
