Ingredients
  

Chicken Fingers:

  • 12 ounces boneless skinless chicken tenders
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 teaspoon chicken seasoning
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • frying oil

Golden Carolina BBQ Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup yellow mustard
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon molasses

Instructions
 

Golden Carolina BBQ Sauce:

  • Stir together sauce ingredients and warm on the stove.

Chicken Tenders:

  • Dip chicken pieces in flour, then egg wash, then flour again.
  • Fry in several inches of hot oil until cooked through, depending on the thickness of chicken.
  • Drain chicken and keep warm.
  • Serve with warm sauce.
