Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces small cooked salad shrimp
  • 1/4 cup sliced pitted kalamata olives
  • 1/4 cup sliced Greek pepperoncino peppers or banana peppers
  • 1/4 cup diced roasted red bell pepper
  • 4 ounces diced feta cheese
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 lemon juice only
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • pita crisps or pita crackers

Instructions
 

  • Gently stir ingredients together and refrigerate for at least a couple of hours.
  • Serve with toasted pita crisps or pita crackers.
