Marinade:

lemongrass paste

sriracha sauce

dark soy sauce

oyster sauce

fish sauce

Instructions
Marinate whole chicken wings in marinade 6 hours or overnight.
Drain marinade and reserve. Boil marinade 3 minutes and set aside for a baste.
Wrap each wing with pandan leaf, tucking the end under the rest of the leaf.
Grill wrapped wings 25-30 minutes or until wings probe to 165F, basting with extra marinade as they cook.
Unwrap wings and enjoy.
