Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Scottish (or Irish) porridge oats
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 6 tablespoons of natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1-1/2 cups of milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 medium ripe peach or nectarine
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla Whey protein isolate

Instructions
 

  • Bring oats to boil; cook 3 minutes.
  • Optional: Drizzle with Lyle's golden syrup and heavy cream.
