Instructions
Combine all ingredients except yogurt in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Puree with a stick blender until smooth.
Mix with 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt.
Refrigerate when cool.
