(trimmed and quartered)

Instructions
Combine ingredients for burgers and let rest for about ten minutes.
Meanwhile, stir together the sauce in a small saucepan and simmer until thickened.
Cook the burgers in a nonstick skillet until browned on both sides.
Add 1 cup water and the mushrooms and continue to cook until the water evaporates and the burgers are cooked through (about 165F).
Serve with sauce spooned over and sprinkled lightly with toasted sesame seeds.
